The petitioner approaches this court seeking direction to the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner to complete installation and commissioning of the telecommunication tower at Survey No.369/2B, Plot No.138, Kathirvel Nagar, Meelavittan Village, Tuticorin District as per the petitioner's complaint dated 17.12.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) appearing for State. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent herein to consider the representation if any presented by the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if necessary give a police protection in accordance with law at the cost of the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
