This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to grant permission and police protection to conduct 'Panguni Uthiram festival' scheduled to be held from 19.03.2021 to 28.03.2021 and 'Varushabishekam' on 15.07.2021 in 'Arunjunai Kattha Ayyanar Koil', Mela Pudukudi, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.
