ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A-1 and A-2 in Crime No.38 of 2015 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 506(i) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, seek anticipatory bail.
2.According to the prosecution, the first petitioner married the defacto complainant on 09.06.2014 and thereafter living under one roof and when the first petitioner was working in abroad, the defacto complainant was harassed by the accused and they have also taken steps to contract second marriage for the first petitioner/A1. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to some matrimonial dispute, a false complaint has been lodged implicating all the family members of the first accused. It is further submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that when the marriage between the defacto complainant and the first accused is subsisting, the accused have arranged for second marriage of the first accused and also demanded dowry from the defacto complainant.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District, and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders and the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
