Not Known of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant made a complaint against the petitioner alleging that the petitioners cheated a sum of Rs.16,90,000/- for securing a job in abroad, thereby the police registered a complaint against the petitioners.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the entire prosecution is false and the petitioners were falsely implicated in this case with an ulterior motive and there is no nexus between the petitioners and the defacto complainant. Accordingly, he prayed for anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submits that the petitioners collected huge money from various persons including the defacto complainant in order to secure job in abroad and thereby, the defacto complainant given a complaint before the respondent police which is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that since the petitioners joined together and cheated the general public by collecting huge amount money from the general public for securing job in abroad, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
