This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2025 to register the judgment and decree dated 16.03.2011 made in O.S.No.25 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Musiri and to show the same in the encumbrance certificate within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation to the respondents, with regard to the aforesaid prayer on 02.05.2025. Since the said representation is pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

4.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not presented the document before the respondents and hence, the petitioner's representation could not be considered.

5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2025. Once the document is presented by the petitioner, the same shall be registered by the second respondent forthwith.
