The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, to dispose of CC.No.681 of 2019 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the case in CC.No.681 of 2019 is posted for evidence on the side of the prosecution and all the witnesses would be produced as expeditiously as possible.

3.Recording the submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai to dispose of CC.No.681 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.
