This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the first respondent to remove the petitioner's name in the History Sheet list in H.S.No.191 of 2014 maintained by the first respondent by considering his representation, dated 02.02.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2023 will be considered in the next meeting.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in 2023.
