Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents No.1 and 2 to register the case as against the Respondents No.3 to 10 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2025.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents No.1 and 2 to register the case as against the Respondents No.3 to 10 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2025.

2. Heard both sides.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the matter is referred to the Land Dispute Redressal 2/4

Committee and the District Collector is the Head of the said Committee.

4. In view of the same, the District Collector, Dindigul District, is suo motu impleaded in this writ petition and he is directed to consider the petitioner's case and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5. With this direction, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
