This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.05 of 2022 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Sankarankovil, Tenkasi District and transfer the same to the file of any one of the competent Court at Madurai. t Court outside the Madurai District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.03.2024, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore the case was posted today(20.03.2024), under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter was called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, no useful purpose in keeping this petition pending any further.

3. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
