ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to forbear the first respondent from conducting an enquiry, pending the Civil Suit. 2.However, it is brought to my notice by Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader that even prior to the filing of the writ petition, orders have been passed and the same has been challenged subsequently by the writ petitioner in W.P(MD)No.7675 of 2025. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
