ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.396 of 2015 within stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would the second respondent has already filed a discharge petition and he was discharged from the above case. He has also filed a memo for exonerating the second respondent. The memo is recorded.
3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has filed a private complaint against the respondents for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 167, 193, 465, 468, 471 and 120(b) IPC and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.396 of 2015.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after completion of prosecution evidence, the accused were questioned under Section 313 Cr.P.C and the case stands posted for defence evidence. 2/4

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the case is pending from 2015 for the past 7 years, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur, is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.396 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
