to quash the impugned order dated 15.11.2019 issued by the 3rd respondent and direct the 3rd respondent to consider the application dated 12.11.2019 filed by the petitioner to issue of Hall Ticket immediately to attend the examination to be held on 24.11.2019 Sunday at Pudukkottai for the post of Assistant in Pudukkottai District Central Co-operative Bank. ORDER

The instant application has been filed to amend the prayer to accept the Post Graduate Diploma in Co-operative Management issued by the Annamalai University, is accordance with the Government of Tamil Nadu, G.O.Ms.No.87/2005 dated 11.07.2005 and to permit the petitioner to attend the examination.

2.Initially, the petitioner has filed a writ petition challenging the rejection order, dated 15.11.2019 issued by the third respondent and to consider his application in the post. By the proposed amendment, the petitioner is virtually asking for an equivalence certificate for the qualification obtained by the petitioner with that of the required qualification. Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in the amendment petition.

3.Hence, this Petition stands dismissed.
