RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition, by which the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30AM for one month orders vide order dated 22/2/2022 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.190/2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIDHYASAGAR S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.190 of 2022, dated 22.02.2022, wherein this petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police station is about a distance upto 120 kms from Madurai, where he is residing. He would further submit that the petitioner is having health issue. Hence, he seeks modification of the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation is pending.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the District Crime Branch, Madurai daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions shall remain unaltered. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
