ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 and A2 in Crime No.2 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, the first accused was surrendered on 21.01.2015 and the second accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.01.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 302 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that A3 was having illicit intimacy with the deceased due to which, wordy quarrel arose and thereafter, the accused attacked her with wooden log and caused her death.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that A3 to A7 were granted bail in Crl.O.P.No.5653 of 2015 by this Court and A3 was released by the Court of Sessions. He further submits that the petitioners are falsely implicated in this case and they have not committed any offence.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that except these petitioners, others were released on bail and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ investigation was almost completed.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif/Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
