RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT (IN BOTH PETITION) Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1218 of 2023 dated 25.01.2023 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VEERAKUMAR.T, Advocate for the petitioner and of M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- These Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1218 and 1356 of 2023, dated 25.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1218 and 1356 of 2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police for a period of one week, thereafter, once in a month i.e., on first Saturday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

5. With the above direction, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
