O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take action against the fourth respondent on the basis of complaint given by the petitioner, dated 22.01.2019 in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a complaint, dated 22.01.2019 seeking to take action against the fourth respondent. No action has been taken so far on the said complaint of the petitioner and the same is pending. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the complaint filed by the petitioner would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.
5.In the light of the above facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner, dated 22.01.2019 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the parties concerned.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
