ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the learned Special Judge for SC/ST Act / the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of his surrender in Crime No.763 of 2015.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had already filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.24432 of 2015 before this Court for very same relief and obtained favourable order on 07.01.2016, however, due to ill-health, he was not able to surrender before the Court concerned; and due to elongation of time, he has come up with the present petition for the very same relief.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

4.The order, dated 07.01.2016, still holds good and therefore, the petitioner is directed to act upon the order dated 07.01.2016. 5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
