It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already moved the Family Court and therefore, he must be permitted to seek remedy only in the Family Court and that he should not be called upon by the respondent in the name of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ file of the respondent Police and that the presence of the
