ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 20.02.2018 seeking for closing the channel namely 'Pullakulam @ Lakshmi Puthu Kulum Mettu Kaalvai' in Kottaram West Village and the Tank namely 'Agathiyar Kulam' at Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District has been kept pending with the respondent and hence, has filed the present writ petition.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2018 on its own merits and take further action in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to give a copy of his representation dated 20.02.2018 to the respondent.

4.With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
