ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to direct the third and fourth respondents not to harass the Petitioner on the guise of enquiry on the basis of false complaints of one Jeya on the basis of the representation given by the Petitioner, dated 15.4.2015 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and perused the records.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner is an accused in the crime.

4.In view of the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
