ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC., on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that as on today, the petitioner was not arrayed as accused and whether he is an accused or not can be decided only after conducting investigation.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is premature and accordingly, the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, as and when the apprehension arise.
