Memorandum of Grounds of Second Appeal against the Judgment and decree dated 24.06.2015 passed in A.S.No.5 of 2014 on the file of the Learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 19.12.2013 passed in O.S.No.160 of 2005 on the file of the Learned Sub Court, Pudukkottai. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 876 days in representing the appeal in S.A.(MD)SR.No.33970 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 876 days is condoned on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.

4. The amount deposited can be used for the purpose of infrastructure facilities for the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
