ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/accused No.1 and 3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, in Crime No.2 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioners are none other than son and daughter-in-law of the defacto complainant. In the year 2010, the petitioners were jointly executed the forged document in respect of their father's ancestral property. On complaint, a case has been registered for the above said offences.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution, the documents are only executed by the father of the first petitioner.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the state would submit that the first petitioner committed grave offence and cheated his own sisters. He further submitted that the creation of the forged documents either by the petitioner or by the defacto complainant can only be decided after investigation and the investigation is still pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Anticipatory bail petition is dismissed.
