O R D E R

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking amendment of the prayer as follows:

"directing the second to fourth respondents herein to measure the property comprised in Survey No.428/3, situated at Ravanasamudram Village, Meenakshipuram, Tenkasi District by considering challan dated 12.12.2025 within time stipulated by this Court"

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there were mistakes in the prayer of the Writ Petition, which were consequently reflected in the order dated 07.01.2026 passed in this Writ Petition and would therefore seek amendment of the same.

3. In view of the above, the amendment as sought by the petitioner is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition, affidavit and in the order dated 07.01.2026 and issue a fresh copy of the order.
