The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash Cr.No.489 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police with regard to the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 13.05.2015 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.215 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Trichy. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
