O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner's presence is absolutely required for interrogation in respect of the said complaint.

4. There is an undertaking by the respondents that they will issue summons to the petitioner (as and when his presence is essential), indicating specific time, place and date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Recording the undertaking given by the respondents, this petition is closed. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent for interrogation on receipt of the summons. Except by summons, the petitioner shall not be required to attend the office of the respondents.
