ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 CrPC / Section 528 BNSS, seeking to quash the impugned charge sheet in S.C.No.80 of 2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge (Mahila Court), Thoothukudi District. 2.The matter was listed under the caption 'for compromise'. When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that the first petitioner/A1 is having 9 previous cases.

3. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to quash the impugned charge sheet in S.C.No.80 of 2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge (Mahila Court), Thoothukudi District.
