ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to direct the third respondent Police for further investigation and to implead Section 391 of IPC in crime No.8 of 2012 on the file of the third respondent and file a fresh charge sheet. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and perused the records.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.13 of 2013, by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam.

4.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. The only remedy available to the Petitioner is to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief in this matter.
