Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

CRL MP(MD) No.2467 of 2020 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order was passed by this Court on 11.02.2020 granting anticipatory bail and condition could not be complied due to subsequent modification filed and hence he seeks times to surrender and furnish sureties.

3. Considering the requeste, time granted by this Court vide order dated 11.02.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.2350 of 2020 is extended up to 19.03.2020.
