The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file final report after securing the accused in Crime No.105 of 2018 dated 25.03.2018 in order to recover the money and jewels from the accused. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the the petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.105 of 2018, he wants action to be taken on his complaint. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation will be completed and final report will be filed within a period of two months.

4.Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.105 of 2018 and to file final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
