This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.04.2018 and permit him to conduct Kabaadi Matches on 05.05.2018 and 06.05.2018 at near Manthai Ground in Sakkilipatti Village, Madurai District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 16.04.2018 to the respondents to grant permission to conduct Kabaadi Matches on 05.05.2018 and 06.05.2018 at near Manthai Ground in Sakkilipatti Village, Madurai District. As no order has been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for

the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation is still pending with the respondent. Therefore, this Court may pass appropriate orders to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law.

5.Considering the submission made by both parties, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 04.05.2018. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
