Pleased to set aside the Common Judgment and Decree dated 29.03.2019 passed in A.S.No.48 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court, Thuraiyur, A.S.No.200 of 2014 on the file of Sub Court(Camp), Thuraiyur, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 20.10.2014 passed in O.S.No.178 of 2004 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thuraiyur by allowing this Second Appeal. ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.MEENAKSHISUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 197 and 198 days in representing the Second Appeal.
2.The reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, is not satisfactory. But, one more opportunity to be given to put forth his case. Hence, these petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner in each petition shall pay a sum of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) (Totally Rs.400/-) to the credit of the "District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam" (payable in Account No.10767823177, SBI, Periyakulam), on or before 18.03.2020, failing which, these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
