When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that petition enquiry has been conducted and the same is closed. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there are ample evidence available in support of the allegations made. 3.This Court is not willing to go into the nature of the allegations at this stage. As the petitioner has got alternative remedy before the appropriate forum, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum and produce the evidence namely, Compact Disc before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
