ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to produce the DNA Test Report before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukkottai and consequently direct the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukkottai to furnish a copy of the said report to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that now DNA test report has been received, which is pending before the concerned trial Court along with other records.

3. If the petitioner wants the copy of the above said documents, he may file a copy application before the concerned trial Court and get the same.

4. If the copy application is filed by the petitioner, the same may be considered by the concerned trial Court.

5. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
