O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent herein not to interfere with the civil rights of the petitioners possession and enjoyment of the property comprised in Survey No.62/3 A-1, covered under Old Patta No.788 and New Patta No.1029 punja land measuring 1A-46 cents situated at Panniyamalai Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is harassment on the part of the respondents, directing the petitioner to vacate the property.

Per contra, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that enquiry is being conducted on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner herein, which was duly forwarded from the office of the Superintendent of Police, Dindigul; that the petitioner was called upon for enquiry and that the petitioner has not been compelled or threatened by the respondent police to vacate the property

5. Therefore, recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
