RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS PRAYER:- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to issue a direction directing the learned Election Tribunal/1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai to dispose of the Election Petition filed by the Petitioner in EL.O.P No. 40/2022 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER : This Civil Revision petition coming up for orders on this day, and upon perusing earlier order of this court dated 18/03/2022 and directly the court below to dispose of the case in E.L.OP.No.40 of 2022, within a period of Two months, and the requisition letter dated 21/06/2022 in D.No.4406 of 2022, submitted by the I Additional District Judge, Madurai, the court made the following order:- https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

The learned First Additional District Judge, Madurai, sent a letter dated 21.06.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of E.O.P.No.40 of 2022, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 18.03.2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 21.06.2022, three months' time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 18.03.2022.
