O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct a enquiry based on the petitioner's applications, dated 08.02.2025 and 20.02.2025 and restrain the instalment of 2nd Nanthi Statue at Arulmigu Angala Parameswari Thirukovil, Valagaptti, Ottanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has sent a representations on 08.02.2025 and 20.02.2025 for the instalment of 2nd Nanthi Statue at Arulmigu Angala Parameswari Thirukovil, Valagaptti, Ottanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul District and the same was not considered. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. 2/5

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that they have received the applications of the petitioner and enquiry is conducted in CSR. The matter was referred before the 2nd respondent for conduct of peace committee meeting and the same is posted today (25.02.2025). 5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent No.3 would submit that today the parties are directed to appear before the 2nd respondent for peace committee meeting and they will pass appropriate orders on completion of peace committee meeting. 6.Since the applications of the petitioner have already been considered by the 2nd respondent and the enquiry is pending before the 3rd respondent, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition by recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
