When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that on 20.02.2025, the order of this Court in the W.P.(MD)No.21690 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024, has been complied with and the compensation amount of Rs.31,51,495/- payable to the petitioner has been transferred to the bank account of the petitioner. 2.Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
