ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to direct the respondent to investigate the matter and to file a final report in Crime No.278 of 2014 dated 11.12.2014 pending on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent/State and perused the records.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the case was closed as 'mistake of fact' and closed.

4.In view of the said submission,the respondent Police is directed to serve RCS notice on the Petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
