Respondents PRAYER: This petition is preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the 2nd respondent to register a criminal case against the accused based on the complaint dated 12.04.2015 preferred by the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 350, 379, 441, 447, 426, 461, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act and Section 4 of TNPPDL Act and to take action against the accused in accordance with law. ORDER

The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to direct the 2nd respondent to register a criminal case against the accused based on the complaint dated 12.04.2015 preferred by the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 350, 379, 441, 447, 426, 461, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act and Section 4 of TNPPDL Act and to take action against the accused in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions submits that the case has been registered by the respondent police in Crime No.381 of 2015.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
