ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.24 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Due to property dispute, the petitioner and the de-facto complainant attacked each other, leading to registration of the case against both the group in Crime Nos.24 and 23 of 2020, on the file of the S.P.Pattinam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District. CRL OP(MD). No.4304 of 2020 petitioners are arrayed as accused in Crime No.24 of 2020, for the alleged offence of causing injury with weapon to one Rani and Kuppammal. Both were admitted in the hospital on 29.02.2020 for their injury and got discharged only on 10.03.2020. 3.Considering the nature of the offence committed by these petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory to the petitioners. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
