ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to direct the respondents 2 to 4 not to involve or interfere in the civil dispute between the Petitioner and his quarrelling parties while pending suit in claiming the right of the property, which is fully in the nature, forthwith and also abstaining the respondents 2 to 4 from harassing the Petitioner in this regard. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and perused the records.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that petition enquiry is conducted and closed and that no such harassment on the part of the respondents/Police.

4.In view of the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
