ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.5. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.04.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) and 307 I.P.C., in Crime No.143 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent police. 3.The petitioner is aged about 60 years. Considering the age of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions; (i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti.
