ORDER
The petitioner wants to hold the Adal Padal event on 26.06.2019.
2.This Court directs the second respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the said event. However, it is open to the second respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions in the proceedings granting such https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ permission. It is made clear that the petitioner will have to conclude the programme by 10.00 pm. It is open to the second
respondent to incorporate any other conditions as he deems fit to ensure the smooth conduct of the event.
