Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, M/S.P.Tamilarasi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that both the parties have filed compromise memo in the quash petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6606 of 2025 and the same was allowed in respect of compromise by this Court on 09.04.2025. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
