Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to prohibit the unauthorized document-writers, brokers in the SubRegistrar Office, Pavoorchatram, Tenkasi Taluk, Tirunelveli District, consequently directing the 4th respondent, not to register any of the documents, which is presented by the unauthorized document-writers and brokers, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2019.

ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition on the ground that the issue raised in this writ petition is not in the interest of the petitioner alone https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
as an adversary writ petition. Since it is a larger issue in the public interest, he wants to file a Public Interest Litigation. Accordingly, with that liberty, he wants withdrawal of this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
2.Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the endorsement he has made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. No costs.
