This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to give police protection to the petitioner's life and property against the illegal activities of the accused persons referred in the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 28.03.2015 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the concerned respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
