ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to furnish the particulars of name and address of the driver, owner and insurer of the offending vehicle viz, Honda City Car bearing Registration No.TN-10AA-9727 after seizing the car in connection with Crime No.269 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The Regional Transport Officer, Srirangam, Trichy District, is suo motu impleaded in this writ petition as third respondent. The second respondent 2/4

is directed to call for the details from the third respondent/RTO and thereafter proceed further and give the details which the petitioner is seeking. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
