This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking to direct the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.03.2015 and may complete the investigation of the matter within a specified period.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that no complainant is received by the second respondent police. 4.Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint to the concerned respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the same shall be proceeded further by them within four weeks thereafter. 5.With the above direction, this petition is disposed.
