ORDER

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the first respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the second respondent who is none other than the wife of the petitioner herein, has given a complaint. The complaint was lodged only recently. Therefore, the matter is still pending at the stage of enquiry. 3.If the first respondent wants to enquire the petitioner, formal summons will be sent. If the first respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, the petitioner will be duly intimated, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

4.With this directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
